Admission FAQs

When do pre-registrations start?

Pre-registration is open throughout the year.

What information is needed to complete the form?

To complete the pre-registration form, families are usually asked to provide basic information about the student and their parent or guardian. This may include the student’s full name, date of birth, year group applied for, parent or guardian contact details, home address and, in some cases, additional information relevant to the application process.

How long does it take for parents to receive a response after pre-registration?

After pre-registration, families can expect to receive a response from the school within approximately seven days, depending on the number of applications received and the availability of places. Every application is reviewed carefully, and parents will be contacted once the evaluation process has been completed.

How many students are there per class?

Class sizes vary according to the stage of education, students’ age group and the school’s pedagogical guidelines. In general, classes are organised to ensure a balanced learning environment, personalised support and the best possible educational experience for every student.

Which teaching professionals are assigned to each class?

Teaching staff are assigned to each class according to the stage of education, timetable requirements and the pedagogical needs of each group. Each class has a class teacher or form tutor, as well as specialist teachers for the relevant subjects or curriculum areas.

Are there recreational areas?

Yes. The school has recreational areas designed to support leisure, social interaction and student development, offering safe and suitable spaces for outdoor activities and break times.

What is the uniform policy?

In Preschool, children are required to wear the school-approved smock every day and must arrive at school wearing their uniform. They should also bring a backpack with a full change of clothes, to help manage any unexpected incidents. Specific requirements are confirmed each year by the class teacher. Children should wear practical clothing that supports independence and good hygiene.

In Basic Education, daily uniform use is required.

For specific activities, such as school trips or when welcoming visitors, students must wear the full formal uniform.

All clothing items should be clearly labelled. The school cannot be held responsible for lost items.
