Pragmatic, assertive and highly attuned to immediate needs, Márcio combines his experience as a Geography teacher with responsibility for the school’s health and safety. His background as a scout reinforces a proactive, action-oriented approach: always alert and ready to respond calmly and effectively to any situation.
With experience working with children up to the age of 11/12, this Visual Arts teacher brings a sensitive and attentive perspective to each student.
Her protective nature and awareness of each child’s needs, combined with an assertive approach when needed, make her a safe and reassuring presence within the Safeguarding Team.
A Geography teacher with a background in scouting, she has a natural ability to mediate situations and build bridges between students, adults and generations.
Her close and genuine relationships with students and colleagues support approaches that often require sensitivity, experience and mutual trust. Attentive to those around her, very little escapes her notice.
Dedicated and deeply focused on the needs of her students, this 1st Cycle teacher brings to the Safeguarding Team the same care and attention that define her daily teaching practice.
Her close relationship with younger children allows her to identify subtle signs and respond with the sensitivity each situation requires.
With a genuine interest in the wellbeing of everyone around her, this 1st Cycle teacher is another important source of support within the team.
Her availability and natural empathy help create an atmosphere of trust where children and families feel truly supported and safe.
