What's happening
3 months - 3 years
Begin the journey at Colégio Monte Maior Kindergarten in a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment. Supported by our specialist team, children develop confidence, independence and essential early skills as our youngest learners take their first steps in school life.
Ages 3 - 5
Develop essential academic, social and emotional skills as they begin their Curriculum of Excellence. Through purposeful play, storytelling and educator-led activities, children build early literacy and develop mathematical reasoning.
Ages 6 - 10
Build strong foundations through hands-on learning, developing reflection, reasoning and collaboration skills through debates, group activities and practical projects. Learners also benefit from artistic experiences, science activities, Philosophy for Children and sports guided by professional coaches.
Ages 10 - 12
Move from foundational learning to greater academic independence, learning to organise work, think more critically and take part in collaborative projects. Through community activities, creative experiences and sports led by professional coaches, students build confidence, responsibility and autonomy.
Ages 12 - 15
Progress across a broad and rigorous curriculum, strengthening their academic knowledge and personal development. Through national and international programmes, learners build leadership, resilience, collaboration and civic responsibility, preparing to become engaged global citizens.
Ages 15 - 18
Prepare for university, future careers and life in a changing world through a rigorous national curriculum enriched by ISP’s International Learning Opportunities. Students develop autonomy, confidence and essential life skills, while shaping their future with purpose.
